This policy explains what Klimso collects when you visit klimso.com, why we collect it, who else sees it, and how to have it removed. It covers this website. Data you put into the Klimso product at app.klimso.com is handled under the agreement we sign with your company, and that agreement takes precedence there.

We are the ones deciding what happens to the information described here. If you want to reach a person about anything on this page, write to founders@klimso.com and one of the founders will answer.
The only place on this site that asks you for anything is the contact form. When you submit it, we receive:
That submission is emailed to the founders and a copy is written to a file on the web server so that nothing is lost if the email fails to deliver. Both are private. The file is not reachable from a browser.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs of requests made to the site, including IP address, browser user agent, the page requested and the time. These exist so the site can be operated and kept secure.
There is no analytics on this site. We run no advertising pixels, no session recording and no cross site tracking. We do not build a profile of you from your visit.
This site sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser. That is why you are not being asked to dismiss a consent banner.
A few things on our pages are served from other companies, and loading them means your browser contacts those companies directly, which reveals your IP address to them:
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We would only hand it to anyone else if a law obliged us to.
When you fill in the contact form you are asking us to get in touch, so we use what you gave us to reply and to have that conversation. For server logs and spam prevention, we rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the site running and free of abuse. If we ever want to use your email for anything beyond replying to you, we will ask you first.
Contact form submissions are kept for as long as we are in a conversation with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us. Ask us to delete yours and we will, and we will confirm once it is done. Server logs are kept on the short retention schedule our hosting provider applies and then discarded.
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, withdraw a consent you gave us, or object to how we are using it. We honour these requests wherever you are, rather than checking your jurisdiction first.
Klimso Private Limited is an Indian company, so the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 governs how we handle this. Visitors in the UK and the European Economic Area also have rights under the UK GDPR and the GDPR, including the right to complain to their local supervisory authority, and we apply those too.
To exercise any of them, or to raise a grievance about how we have handled your data, email founders@klimso.com. That address reaches the founders directly and is the grievance contact for the company. We will get back to you within a month, and usually a great deal sooner.
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to contact form submissions is limited to the founders. No system is perfect, so if you believe you have found a security problem with the site, please write to us and we will look at it quickly.
Klimso is sold to businesses. The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and move the date at the top. Material changes will be described here plainly rather than buried.
